Resilience Programs for Primary Education

The Australian Institute for Facilitative Practice takes a very deliberate approach to the subject of resilience and resilience building. This has led to the creation of the Framework for Resilience Building Programs in Primary Education.

Resilience is what gives us the strength to cope with difficult situations, or the problems we face from time-to-time.  It enables us to engage in difficult discussions about our emotions and to develop confidence in our identity.


At the Australian Institute for Facilitative Practice, we believe there a too many providers who adopt a catchphrase-centric approach to promoting ‘resilience building’, especially in the education market.
